I went there on a typhoon day and that was closed. during the midday time were not many people there. the service was good and the lookout was spectacular. overall the taste of food was excellent. everything was in detail, including the brot was served hot. food presentations could be improved to get a better dinning experience. Skye is difficult to fault. It's high end dining so one does expect something extra special, and Skye delivers in abundance. The first thing we noted was the impeccable service, the staff are charming very well informed and passionate. The menu is fantastic with just the right amount of variety and some unique touches sprinkled in for good measure. The food did not disappoint, all the dishes were excellent and I enjoyed a particularly delightful Tuna starter with real depth of flavour. The bar outside has great views and the ambience to match. If I had to conjure up a criticism it would be that it took them around 2 minutes to bring us our menus instead of providing them when we sat down, yea, that's the best I can come up with. Fantastic on all fronts.
Great restaurant with a nice view. The restaurant area mainly oversees Victoria Park, the outdoor bar area oversees Victoria Harbour, the night view is spectacular. Food is amazing here, we recommend their skewers and grill lobster. Service is exceptional too, our server Winnie is so patient and helpful.
SKYE atop the Pullman hotel is a beautiful spot with incredible views from Causeway Bay. We enjoyed some champagne and their shared dessert dish and were served by Robert, the kind manager. I would highly recommend.
Beautiful place with marvelous view, showing the entire beauty of the city skyline.
Omicron, keeping distance dinning, we went to Skye on 27/F Pullman hotel CWB for lunch. Arrived, high ceiling, spacious, nicely greeted at entrance, all the way in to our table, relax quiet! Servers were well trained, gone through the menu in details. We selected 3 course lunch, started with my oyster appertizer, a pleasant surprise, chilled Gillardeau with crushed vodka soda ice cucumber, wow ….. My partner’s smoke salmon with Mozzarella cheese, yum! Main course Canadian lobster over wheat risotto, mine pearl chicken breast both well prepared. Desert wagon should been thrill for ladies, over 10 delicious items to choose from, I must give credit to my banana dark chocolate cake, went down smoothly with small cup of expresso and left a good long after taste. Entire lunch was a great journey for the palate!
