珺 中環 珺，美玉也，云云石頭之中岀眾嘅美人，到底佢可唔可以好似個名噉，令人喜岀望外，勝過同行，做塊鶴立雞群嘅「珺」呢～ 日本南瓜盅 $98 一個細細地嘅原個南瓜裝住啲南瓜湯，邊同個蓋都留有唔少南瓜肉，南瓜夠甜，整得夠腍，口感軟綿，香濃南瓜味 ˶‾᷄ ⁻̫ ‾᷅˵ 湯面頭有少少椰奶做點綴，湯濃厚，口感細滑，同樣都有香南瓜味，配埋啲南瓜肉一齊食相當香、濃、甜，直情有少少食緊甜品嘅感覺 View all feedback. What Émile Guillaume likes about Emerald:
Fantastic array of fusion cuisine- some surprising mixes but almost all very successful. All vegan menu with classic Cantonese options made vegan as well as some new French themed ones too. Great service and for non drinkers, great soft drink options too. Some portions were a little small but overall great every time we have been. View all feedback.
