Popinjays - Hong Kong

The view from here is stunning. You can see Hong Kong Park, Central, and the official government residence. The restaurant is open and spacious, with a cool outdoor area. The food is fresh and delicious. We tried the oysters, which were amazing, and the sea bass and beef were cooked perfectly and full of flavor. The cheese cart was also a tasty treat. The service was good. Overall, it's worth visiting for drinks alone because the view is incredible.

Bar and restaurant are amazing. it was a Saturday when I visited and there was even a very good mood. the bartender is very courteous, special cries to izzo. if you like cocktails, he is the type you should ask. he is what you would call a mixologist. a great experience in the bar would make a random order and see what izzo does for them. they will enjoy his craftsmanship and firma. or you could take my recommendation and go for his perfect whiskysaurier. the restaurant is romantic and at the same time hip. good for both dates and meet. service staff very accommodating. as most others have already pointed out, the view is beautiful, up to the extension I would say that most people come here for the view. coming from the hotel might be difficult if they stay too late. there are not many taxis, so my advice is to go to the next public transportation.

The outdoor setting and ambience at this restaurant are fantastic! It's a beautiful spot for enjoying a sunset drink. The service was friendly, but the wine list was a bit lacking. It would be great if they could add some higher quality wines. In the meantime, I would recommend opting for a cocktail instead.
