L'envol - Hong Kong

Une expérience saisissante. Tout d’abord on apprécie la quiétude du lieu et la gentillesse du personnel. Chaque table est bien espacée des autres et on se sent à l’aise. Les recommendations du sommelier sont très efficaces la qualité du service digne d’un château. Et que dire du plateau de fromages ! La cuisine d’Olivier Elzer couronne à merveille ce très bel édifice qui mérite largement son et qui est promis à un avenir radieux. Bravo !

Excellent place, outstanding food. Chef Olivier chooses only the best products and his team offers excellent service. His bread basket and cheese trolley are divine! It's a shame l'Envol only received 1 Michelin star. Everyone must try l'Envol! Each visit is a real delight!

I am not a huge fan of hotel restaurant but hats down for L'Envol. Service is perfect and efficient. Great selection of food and wine. Good quantities. Nice settings. A must to try in Hong Kong

Amazing experience at L'envol! Beautiful place, impressing set up. Professional, warm and friendly service. Great wine selection and advise, with a rare and unique selection of of treasures. Dishes are creative, modern, never the same and definitely amazing. A must try in Hong Kong, for sure part of the best.
