The service at this restaurant was excellent, but it was quite expensive. The cuisine was exquisite, with a seven-course menu featuring a combination of Chinese and Continental dishes. Each dish was described in detail and was fresh and delicious. The portions were small but beautifully presented. The decor was average, with some fancy crockery on display. The dishes were artistically arranged with a rustic touch and reflected the culture of Hong Kong. This restaurant is innovative and a great choice for a special occasion or a romantic meal for two. There is much to see, taste, and appreciate here.

I recently returned to this restaurant after a few months and it is still fantastic. It is the best in its category.

Having had the privilege of trying many Michelin-starred restaurants in the past, Bo is without a doubt my favorite. I must confess that I even prefer Bo over my experience at French Laundry, although they offer very different dining experiences. What sets Bo apart for me is the storytelling that accompanies each course. Each dish is meticulously crafted and represents an important aspect of Hong Kong's culture. They take simple yet high-quality ingredients and elevate them into a delightful gastronomic journey. I highly recommend it.

There are many good restaurants in hk so it is like a paradise for food. this restaurant is michelin 3 stars restaurant with extremely Chinese cuisine. it is so unique. eating presentation service eating ambiente everything is simply perfect. they will give them a whole new experience. price is not cheap, but they will not regret at all. highly recommended. complains to make reservation!

I think Alvin really take the extra mile to do his homework before coming up with a menu like this. Everything is very Hong Kong. The food to the design , the interior and down to the table you’re sitting at. Even the plates are locally made, some wooden decorations are from the old demolished Queens Pier in central, every detail was carefully orchestrated. I think he tried to source as many local items as possible. Originally we worried it might be a tourist trap, you know, with all the star and everything, but it turned out to be a happy experience. Even me, a local, is impressed. Recommended. Will come again.
