It is all organic and the owner gets in what is good at the time. In the whites we had a glass of all 3 and all were excellent. We shared a meat platter and both had a fish pie which was delicious. we were too full for desert or cheese but if we had had more time we would have gone back at least once. If we are back in Honnfleur in the future we will definitely be back. This is my type of eats. Not pretentious just friendly service, a bit different, and excellent food and wine at we thought very reasonable prices
