No air conditioning, hot, mosquito bites, steak so chewy I could t swallow. Brought 2nd cocktail when I ask to take away glass, French/ English problem. Service was good. Atmosphere just ok inside, nothing special. Outside patio .the way to go. Fish eaters said it was ok but plenty of better choices Would not recommend.

Being from NYC, I have high expectations from Michelin restaurants and Tourbillon reached it and then some. From the staff to the food, everything was exceptional. If you ever find yourself in Honfleur, do yourself a favor and enjoy a meal here.

Very nice ambiance and the food was excellent , also the presentation. Staff were charming and professional but there were just too few of them to provide the level of service expected in a restaurant of this caliber. We decided to have a pre-dinner drink in the bar and were the only people on the terrace. It took 20 min to get one glass of wine and I had to go inside and find someone to pay the bill so we could go to our table in the restaurant. The restaurant was completely full and once we had tasted the wine and received our entrees the waiter never came back, Later another server asked us if we would like to see the dessert menu but it never came so we got the attention of our waiter and paid the bill. Such a shame for this notable restaurant with great food but service is important. My advice , get more staff or have less diners. My review for their hotel and staff during the same stay was 5 stars.

Very tasty but service was very very bad and 32 euros for a super small piece of fish... never again

We booked a table for 2 in advance and were surprised when taken to our table as the distance was max 50 cm to the next table. Even in pre-covid times this would have been unpleasant and now in covid times certainly against the rules (in the night before “Sanipass” they wanted to maximise profit) The room was overcrowded with guests and we asked for an open window. La Patronne did not want that so we grit our teeth. The service was very amateur: warm rose wine( even for 55 Euro bottle) quickly put into some cold water, 3 different waiters asking for our orders. Food was ok but somewhat under seasoned and overpriced. Amuse Bouche was placed in front of us without explanation and turned out to be not suited for vegetarians which we only found out after trying. There are plenty of better places in Honfleur with regards to atmosphere, service and value for money.
