Kfc - Homestead

This restaurant is best described as lazy and unprofessional. My last four visits in the past two months have all been disappointing. The first time, when I paid with a $100 bill, the employee at the window accused me of using a fake bill instead of handling the situation maturely. The second time, I had to go inside to place my order because they weren't responding through the speaker, and everyone inside ignored the issue. Today was the final straw when they refused to up-size my coleslaw because it was already made. The food is often dry when I get home, making me wish they were more like Chick-fil-A with their consistent service. The difference in experiences between this restaurant and others is like night and day.

The restaurant never answers their phone and the online orders are always missing items.

We were disappointed with our experience at this restaurant. We ordered an 8-piece bucket meal with tenders, as well as 2 extra pieces of chicken. The mashed potatoes and coleslaw were decent, but all of the chicken was overcooked and flavorless, likely from sitting under the heater for too long. Even the kids didn't enjoy the tenders because they found them too chewy. After trying a bite myself, I had to agree. It has been a while since we last had KFC, so next time we will give Popeyes a try instead.

I ordered other things including a spicy chicken bowl I love spicy things but it was way beyond spicy to even taste or enjoy not something I would order or recommend
