Every single time we order here we get the wrong order, then they don’t answer the phones. We’ve given it numerous chances and for some reason they can’t get it
Horrible.. Horrible.. I went in this evening after a long night of work.. I asked for .. 4 .. number 8 meals .. the manager had a nasty attitude
Hit the drive-thru, a few cars in front of me that have already ordered so I'm ordering myself. Placed my order for a few of the new wraps. The cars in front of me get their orders and I'm at the window and looking inside, there were no other customers that I could see. The parking lot was also empty as usual. I come here often and this is normal.I waited longer than I ever had before here but I'm thinking, ok my stuff is being made fresh so cool.I say I waited close to 5 minutes for 2 chicken wraps. Get home a few minutes away and took out 1 wrap. It wasn't the temp I expected but it was the coleslaw wrap so maybe the cool, cooled it down?? Anyway it was good. Took out the Mac and cheese wrap and the wrap literally crumbled so half the wrap was in the paper wrapper on the table. The remaining.......whatever we call it, looked like it was from 2 days ago.So my question is, if I waited 5 minutes and I got something that wasn't freshly made. Why did I have to wait that long?I was pissed.I usually call the store, complain, they give me a refund or some credit.I am no longer doing that and now I just will stop going to these places. They don't deserve my dollars. I'll go to the store on 51. I'm actually out that way more anyway.I mean if my order was completely wrong or it was more I would be wanting my money back.
My wife placed the order online and once we get there the place was completely empty. 2 of 3 workers had a bad demeanor about them and none of them greeted my wife and I. I felt like I was in a hostile environment! Once I got our order from the delivery/online pickup area one of the workers mentioned to us that everything was there but once I checked our order there wasn't any biscuits in the bag and no gravy for my mashed potatoes.We both ordered the big box. Now, what I don't understand is when you order any combo meal biscuits come with it, so how did they forget to put biscuits in my bag? And the place was basically empty/deserted with no customers at all and everyone was standing around looking crazy! You'll think with business as slow as it was the orders should've been done right. When you go through something like that, that will make you go spend your money somewhere else! It's hard times out here and nobody don't want to be short changed out of their food when they are spending good money on it!!
