She assisted my family and me in navigating the menu and provided excellent recommendations. Her friendliness really stood out, and she went above and beyond by delivering our food, plates, forks, and sauces directly to our table. I genuinely appreciated her efforts. My family and I are definitely planning to return to KFC in the next few weeks. Thank you, KFC, for your delicious food, and for having such a remarkable employee. However, after I completed my payment, I was notified that they were out of fries and biscuits. Instead, I received two servings of mac and cheese along with some mashed potatoes. I would have appreciated it if they had let me know about the unavailable items before I paid, as I would have preferred to go somewhere else.
