I understand rest... read more Absolutely horrible customer service. Waited 15 minutes to be seated or acknowledged. Waitress was rude. Out of everything we wanted to order. I understand restraunts are struggling to hire since pandemic but this was beyond horrible. The manager was zero help and most of the problem. You need to fire the 2 working this shift and start over. Worst experience I have ever had in a restaurant

Another reference would be Tyrone... read more When I walked in at 2:30 AM, I was greeted by someone who resembled Smokey from "The PJs"—a great show if you haven’t seen it. Another reference would be Tyrone, but that’s from the Chappelle Show, so if you’re not familiar with that, you wouldn’t get it anyway. Smokey tried to take my order for a Grand Slam, but the cook who was supposed to make it quit, and I watched as the waitresses threatened to walk out too. After about an hour of chaos, they finally came to tell me they couldn’t prepare my food because they lost the ticket. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place!
