They use organic flour, which is very important to us. We also appreciate that they incorporate rye into some of their breads, adding a delightful tang. I particularly enjoy making pizza with their sourdough pizza dough. Their pastries are fantastic as well!

So ma... read more Got to the pop up Wednesday 5 minutes before they opened. There was a fairly long line but they still had everything when we got up to the front to order. So many options we had to pick so many things!! We had cookies, ham and cheese croissants and dark chocolate croissants. Tomorrow morning we will be having monkey bread and a cinnamon roll!! I cannot wait!! Everything, everything was amazing!! What a find!! If only I was here for another Wednesday!! It is just a grab and go spot, but if you need a place to sit there is an awesome coffee shop just up the hill that we frequented on our trip!
