Everyone is super attentive and kin... read more I just wanted to say I started coming here because it's closer than the Hallandale location. The staff here is so on point ! Everyone is super attentive and kind. My food order is always correct and fresh. Today Jonathan at the counter really made my day. He he was just so super nice. I pride myself on my customer service skills but he really did an amazing job !

I went home with my food and found out fries were undercooked, I brought them back and told the cashier (she was super nice and she told the cook that they look... read more I went home with my food and found out fries were undercooked, I brought them back and told the cashier (she was super nice and she told the cook that they looked undercooked and told the cook to remake it. I got my fries back and went to the car. I tasted a fry and it tasted burnt. I took a look at the fries and the one I bit earlier was sitting on top so Whoever was in the back decided they wanted to refry the same fries I brought back into the store that I TOOK HOME WITH ME to make them extra crispy. (That’s disgusting and unsanitary. it was like a mission to get the cook to do their job and I honestly told them they can discard the fries because I don’t like my food played with.

Cashier quit while I was placing an order. They lost that order and kept me waiting for 1 hour after claiming that the order was being prepared. I asked for a refund and that took another 30 minutes. 1.5 hours wasted.
