We had to get up to get everyth... read more Ate here the last day at the hotel. Service was horrible. She never gave refills, sugar, checked on is after food was delivered. We had to get up to get everything. Then the food took an hour to come out and the waffles were cold. ???? The tablebeside us the people were so mad one persons food never came out. I can overlook late food with good service but it was bad allthe way around.

Her personality go... read more Breakfast was really good fresh fruits and sweets were awesome. But what made this a great experience was our beautiful waitress Fiona Barks! Her personality goes above and beyond, gorgeous smile, attentive even when she didn’t speak my moms language shetried. The second time we went there she remembered the Cuban coffee and our drinks!! That was so nice of her! Definitely anamazing experience.!!

The buffet was very good, but they ran out of plates and bowls and were slow to replace them. The table service is very friendly and efficient. Prices are what you would expect at a resort restaurant. Parking is very expensive, $32 for the first 3 hours, promised a voucher but the process did not work. We have no plans to return next year.
