What User doesn't like about Running Goose:
The food was tasty, but the service was lacking. It was especially frustrating considering that they included a 20% gratuity fee upfront. We ordered the salmon belly sandwich and the waiter offered us the choice of fries or salad with the sandwich, neglecting to mention that it would cost an additional $6. When we questioned the bill, the waiter explained that he had asked if we wanted to "add" but failed to clarify... View all feedback.
Service by the skinny waiter with far too much after shave was terrible, non existent. Good job for him the restaurant charges 20% service charge on ALL tables. Short ribs were luke warm when they came out plus way too salty. Nice courtyard but that's about it! I disliked this place and would not recommend it at all!
This restaurant is one of the most delicious places I have ever been to. Everything we ordered was amazing, from the baked brie (make sure to spread the roasted garlic!) to the carrot tostada, which surpassed all expectations. The appetizers were also a hit with my friends. My main dish, the short rib, was delicious, but the real standout was my friend's captivating alfredo. Despite its unassuming appearance on the menu, it was the best alfredo I have ever tasted. However, the true star of the meal was the bread pudding we had for dessert - it was heavenly. While some dishes may not look the most attractive, I can assure you that everything tastes absolutely incredible.

When we questioned the bill, the waiter explained that he had asked if we wanted to "add" but failed to clarify that it would come at an extra cost. The overall experience was marred by this oversight, putting a damper on an otherwise enjoyable meal.
We were grateful to find this restaurant open for dinner on Thanksgiving night. The service was attentive and efficient, with our waiter bringing our food quickly. The dishes were well-prepared and seasoned perfectly. The burger was delicious and the fries were not overly salty. The baked brie was delightful, although I wish there was a bit more of it. I was surprised by the 20% service charge in LA, which made tipping a bit confusing. Despite this, I added a few extra dollars to the bill. I suggest the restaurant clarify their tipping policy for future customers. Overall, we had an enjoyable dining experience.
