Marcos Bar Restaurant - Feedback

What User doesn't like about Marcos Bar Restaurant:
We went for lunch today. We are from Miami and enjoy Cuban cuisine. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. We ordered the steak and pork with Moros rice and warmed pastries. While walking to the bathroom, I noticed the cook on his phone in the kitchen. The only redeeming quality was the Venezuelan server. The ambiance and view were the only things worth the price paid. This was the worst restaurant experience of my life! The wait staff was incredibly rude and there was no customer service to speak of. The waiters seemed to only pay attention to male customers, while women were treated poorly. When ordering a burger, they received some mysterious meat instead.
