We ate at Escargot Bistro last weekend and enjoyed everything we tried and had to roll out the door! This is our first time to eat there and we are already discussing when we will be back and what we will try next time! Everything from beginning to end was phenomenal and the service was top notch! This is a small and picturesque restaurant run by the friendly man and woman Duo, so make sure to make a reservation and... View all feedback.
For dessert, we enjoyed the Crepe Suzette, which was flambéed right at our table. I had it with a delightful glass of port wine. The service was outstanding. When my friend had trouble deciding on a wine, the waiter kindly offered us tastings of three different selections. The staff makes a point to check on your table, ensuring everything is to your liking. The interior is charming, with red leather chairs and French decor that transport you straight to Paris. I felt right at home here, and I will definitely be coming back! As for parking, it’s free, but I recommend arriving early as the lot can fill up quickly.
For the main course, we ordered the fish special and the beef bourguignon. The white fish was incredibly buttery and melted in your mouth, perfectly complemented by the tarragon mushroom cream sauce. The beef bourguignon was slow-cooked to perfection and served over pasta, bursting with rich flavors. To finish, we indulged in the dessert specials: a floating island featuring meringue, roasted almonds, and delectable vanilla cream, as well as a pear cake/pudding with a creamy sauce. This meal was nearly perfect, with each dish showcasing its own distinctive flavor profile. The restaurant is family-owned and genuinely captures the essence of French dining. The staff is friendly and clearly dedicated to providing an enjoyable experience. The charming ambiance enhances the overall meal. Treat yourself and your palate by visiting this establishment—you’ll surely want to return, just as we do! Thank you for a wonderful experience!

So after reading about Escargot Bistro,, for years and years, we were finally able to get the family together. It was so wonderful, just delectable. We scoured the menu so many times before even arriving. Went back to all of the recommendations for menu items from this page. There were 7 of us. It is owned by a French couple and their son. The son was our server. He was personable, funny and got all of our orders right. They even had specials that weren’t on their menu. We tried a few. Everything was phenomenal from the appetizers, entrees, desserts and coffee. Names of dishes in the captions. Of course the owners knew about this page. They smiled when we mentioned it. Such a quaint place which is rare nowadays. Not pictured, French Onion Soup, the Brie in a puffed pastry with fruit, Steak frittas, baskets of unlimited delicious French bread, pear cake which had the consistency of bread pudding and was a special that night, warm goat cheese with honey crepe and lastly a banana split that my dad says was the highlight. I have seen this said many times on this page and now i understand, the food that was not pictured was so scrumptious, we ate it and then remembered we didn’t get a pic.
