One of these kiosks is Borti Pasta Bar. Specializing in Italian pasta. The owner is Italian as are the two chefs. Most of the ingredients are shipped directly from Italy. I have tried several dishes and they are all of excellent quality. Given the cooperative formula without table service, the costs (for Miami are low. If you feel nostalgic (it happens to me for a good plate of pasta you 'll find the solution here.
