I've never had a problem, even with the thin, older, blonde 3rd layer lady who always looks like she's in bad mood. Even she gives you the stinking eye when you get up, she's still nice and for all who complain that her order is wrong, order it as it comes and it won't be wrong. No need to weep, complain and leave a bad review because they pickles in your cheese castle.. Cheese n rice. View all feedback.

The phone app seems to work best when you get through the drive thru. It seems the fastest way to get your food.
