What aj doesn't like about American Char:
After seeing all the five-star reviews, I had to check out this local restaurant. I ordered a sampler with two meats and some sides. The brisket and pulled pork were both very tender and had a nice smoky flavor. Unfortunately, the sides were quite disappointing. The slaw was far from sweet, and I've definitely had better mac and cheese from Kraft. The meal also came with a thick slice of white bread. View all feedback.
