If I could give zero stars, I would. What happened to this place since they moved to the back of the casino?! The menu totally changed. There was no option for whole wheat bread for a sandwich. I don’t eat white bread, yet I was stuck eating a giant slab of white bread that I ended up throwing in the garbage. I asked for basic and simple oil and vinegar for my salad and I was told that they don’t have any. What kind of restaurant has no straight oil and vinegar? I never heard of this in my whole life. I was forced to have the Italian dressing and it was the grossest dressing that I have had in 15 years. The salad was completely different than it used to be, it was not good at all. Another person in my party had a hamburger and they couldn’t eat the bun because they said that it had a weird and bad taste. It is such a disappointment because Sticks used to be good when they were located at the front of the casino. I used to be able to get the nicest lunch there. It was half a whole wheat turkey sandwich, house salad with a delicious balsamic vinaigrette or just olive oil vinegar, and a nice onion soup. I last had it in May, what a shame that it is totally changed now for the worst. Please get it back to how it used to be, because I will never spend $42 on a lunch like I had today that was so disappointing and gross.
Good food … terrible service … very long wait time.
We waited quite a while for our food. When it came out it was cold, they didn’t give us the sauces we ordered or put onion on the sandwiches. When I told them they didn’t even seem to care and were snarky about it. I don’t think we will be going back.
I went out for dinner and had a frustrating experience. My pager never went off, and they brought me the wrong hamburger, which wasn't what I ordered. I had specifically asked for no mayo and extra bacon, but that wasn't done. Instead, the cheese was also incorrect. When I mentioned the problem with my hamburger, they brought me just two slices of bacon, but it was still not the right order. They promised to make me a new one, but that didn't happen at all. It seemed like they were disorganized and mixed up everyone's orders. Eventually, I decided to ask for a refund because I was really disappointed. It's a shame because the hamburger was delicious the last time I had it, and I was looking forward to enjoying it again. In the end, I left without having dinner.
Why did they switch to a cafeteria-style setup? It's a joke—no one is cleaning the tables, and there's no one to bring out the food. It took ages to be served. Why not just hire servers to take care of customers so you can actually enjoy a nice meal?
