Therefore, 4 stars for 5 are not really enough. In the service I have to explain why only 4 stars... In self-service and even tablet and co dispose of in principle less. Kindness is completely fine. At least the ambience is perfect for the system of gastronomy, but also here I cannot forgive 100% of the stars. The reason for this is rather the above-average price. For a burger around 10€ I have experienced similar quality, for example in Plauen/Zwickau/Chemnitz with xxxl with even better meat quality. Nevertheless, the Burgerhof is good in any case, and if you do not let the high prices flow even in good class 2. And unfortunately at least in Hof probably the best. Too bad, because in Hof I want an affordable 5* Burger provider in the city centre.

It was positive that the packages were sufficiently large. Thus the burgers (nearly) were not compressed. It's a bad thing to know about other places. However, the taste has not convinced me at all. The meat had no bite, the caramelized onions were simply fried onions, the Bacon did not crispy. We also had to rely on the prices of the menu on the homepage. However, € 2 more were required when picking up. Possibly the burgers have become more expensive, but then ask for a correct menu on the Internet.A note: We like to eat burgers and know them mainly from the English-speaking area (GB and Ireland). At the price of €12 you get a portion there that you can hardly eat and the burger is also partly almost 20 cm high. I think I'm staying at Blockhouse and Hardrockcafé if I can't go on vacation.

I went out from a conventional restaurant (registered here as BurgerRESTAURANT) where someone takes a card and greets you warmly. That's not the case. Instead, you should check out the digital menu via QR code, just a few photos on Facebook, or look at the front of the board. Why Facebook? Not everyone has/will. You also have your own website where you could list it nicely. In addition, these QR code displays are not at any table, but at any second. In times of Corona it is actually better to leave one standing at each table so that people do not have to wander around and touch everything. I think that in the volume of orders a terminal of my view would not be necessary anyway. Personally ordering offers a better ambience anyway.The new, hip music is much too loud. You don't even hear yourself talking. As a result, everyone talks louder, which makes it very unpleasant if you want to eat your food relaxed. This is worse than at some Turkish weddings (no racism, myself Turkish origin). If the music was quieter in the background, you could not hear a problem. Unfortunately not the case.The atmosphere is very unpleasant.Is not a hate assessment, I just want to convey constructively where you can improve from my point of view.
