Taco Bell - Hobe Sound

This restaurant is terrible. I don't feel guilty saying that since the staff appears to lack any care for their work. The food is disappointing; you'd be better off visiting the location in Indian Town or ordering it through Uber Eats. Even taco trucks are a better option than this place. My Crunchwrap contained barely any beef, just a smear of sauce, and my Chicken Tacos Supreme were overloaded with sour cream. Honestly, this experience was so bad it feels like a crime against good taste! I feel personally let down by this meal.

I received my order via DoorDash and I was very disappointed. I specifically requested four hot sauce packets, but they weren't included. Both items I ordered were supposed to be supremes, for which I paid extra, yet there was no sour cream at all. I'm really unhappy with how careless they were in preparing my order; it felt thrown together and far from satisfactory. I wouldn't recommend eating here—I regret my choice and advise you to take the time to drive to a location with better ratings.

I spent $51.93 and they still couldn't get my order right. I ordered taco supremes and soft chicken taco supremes but ended up with regular tacos instead. The steak tacos were unpleasant and tasted like mystery meat. It's disappointing that they can't fulfill an order correctly.

They don't try to feed you here they try to discourage you from eating anything. Corporate really needs to take a look at who they hire. They can't even do the simple things like fill a simple Taco Bell order. I will never ever go to this location ever again and discourage anyone else. This Taco Bell should be closed down as soon as possible. They are poisoning you there they put salt in my burrito, my tongue started burning as soon as I bit into it from all of the extra sodium they put in my burrito because they were angry they had to serve somebody. They complained about the day shift not making them any food and passing the buck, although they charged me full price for my food which I had to throw away afterwards. I'm considering suing.

I really enjoy this Taco Bell. The employees are very friendly and just seem happy to be there. With that said, they run out of mainstay items often and the equipment breaks down. (The only reason I gave it a 4 star to be honest) I just like to be able to get consistent menu items. However, the team there makes up for the inconvenience with their personalities and patience.
