Jon Smith Subs - Jupiter

Every time my fries are burned. Unbelievable. Why do I spend almost $30 for food that comes wrong? And I'm going back to give him another chance, and it's still disappointed. This place is understated and apparently they don't know what they are? I imagine because neither my sub-parts were right. Zero seasoning, no spices and not even properly cooked. I'm never going downtown again. I'd rather go to the North Sea if I spend this kind of money. This franchise is garbage and has gone badly downhill. Not to mention, I waited 35 min for 2 subs and burned pommes. And I'm not even mad at the workers because there were only 3 girls and they work where super sweet and hard, but it's obvious that training is garbage because it shows in food.

I must say that I have not been here in a time and I can honestly say that this was the best customer service O had in a very long time. You have the best employers!!! They were so friendly and helpful.

Food was great but the service was even better! All the sandwiches are fresh and grilled to order! If you're in the area you have to stop by!

It was great!!!! The staff was friendly and helpful and my maple bacon chicken sub tasted great. I got a combo which came with fries and a drink, the fries were pretty good but I would classify them as the best. Overall it is great food

This was my sandwich the other day. ? I got back to work and discovered that I only had half a sandwich. So I came in the following day and showed them the picture and explained that I was super bummed and simply asked that they give me a whole sandwich this time. The girl who was at the register was lovely and I think wanted to help and felt bad, but the manager was rude and first accused me of scraping out the filling and then when I called him on that being nonsense tried to tell me that it was obviously the correct portion but they did not spread it out and they would not remake it because I did not ?return? the sandwich. This is super sad because this location used to be the best John Smith?s but this is just the latest in a long line of incidents.
