There was literally a 1/4 cup of the spices at the bottom of the cup. I'm not sure what happened but this is not thenorm.

I brought a friend who had never been to Jon Smith Subs before, and he was surprised that a sub shop served fries. I was happy to introduce him and glad he wasn’t disappointed.

The restaurant follows safety protocols and maintains a clean environment, offering antibacterial hand dispensers for customer use. The staff are friendly and prompt. It’s a comfortable spot to enjoy a meal, whether inside or outside in the covered seating area. Plenty of parking is available if you’d rather dine in your car. I highly recommend this place.

Despite givin... read more Every time I order fries here, they come out burnt and inedible. I don’t understand why I’m spending nearly $30 on food that’s consistently wrong. Despite giving this place multiple chances, it keeps disappointing. This location seems understaffed and poorly trained—neither of my subs were prepared correctly, missing seasoning and condiments, and not cooked properly. I won’t be returning to the Indiantown location; I’d rather drive farther to North Lake. This franchise has seriously declined. On top of that, I waited 35 minutes for just two subs and burnt fries. I’m not upset with the staff—they were only three young women who were very sweet and worked hard—but it’s clear the training is lacking because the quality of the food shows it.

The staff are incredible—so friendly and helpful. They truly are the best!
