What User likes about Koma Ramen:
The best ramen I had Homemade ramen with Teriyaki chicken and my hubby had ramen with deep fried pork chop. Both were nice but I loved my chicken better and the noodle soup was so delicious. We also had Gyoza which was just ok, however the Agedashi-tofu was so smooth and silky inside. It is worth returning on my next visit to Hobart. View all feedback. This is the only ramen restaurant in hobart, originally this was delicious but the service was a little rude. I forgave that for the delicious ramen. Then they stopped adding seaweed sheets as in the photo, I had to ask.Now the taste is going more bland as weeks go on to the point I have stopped visiting.I have been there 20 odd times to watch the flavour diminish.Really dissapointing as I did love the only Ramen sho... This noodle is not authentic Japan noodles. Noodles is soft, Soup is like a ready make style and disgusting. Teraraki chicken is ? from ready make supermarket....
