Brilliant!. Very consistent coffee. Featured single origin is usually lovely. House blend from Gridlock comes and goes a bit in terms of consistency of late, but the locally roasted Project Yellow blend is astonishingly good. Enough body to fill-out a piccolo or cap, but as a doppio ristretto....oh my goodness! Vibrant berry fruit with some nut hints and a touch of acid to finish it off beautifully. Superb macarons,... Visiting Hobart & had high expectations of the coffee based on reviews and when I saw they use bonsoy but my take away soy latte was weak, thin, untextured & a colder than needed for soy. In the end I had to bin it ..pity View all feedback.

Great Coffee guys. Seriously good! If you are in Hobart, you simply have to visit this place. I had a Strong Latte that was soooo smooth and yet strong. And very friendly staff! My only disappointment was they are not open on the Saturday/Sunday (Speaking very selfishly of course!! : Love your work....
Hobart's best place for coffee, easy. Dave and the team are friendly, quality service legends.
Nothing but L O V E for these guys, such a consistently great cup of coffee and totally fab soy. Would recommend.
