4th time in a months span I've had a problem with the store .although they had to push my order back and make it later this time . It's usually on time but there is always something wrong or something missing View all feedback.
I had the worst service experience ever at this restaurant. They actually served me a dish that was clearly unacceptable, and when I pointed out the issue, they didn't seem to find anything wrong with it.
GAWD AWEFULL!!!! I have never thought the this restaurant was Mexican food. It is not at all.One day I decided to try it again for lunch. I should have kept original opinion and stayed away.It was about 11:30 am and I went in an ordered my food. All the beans, chicken and steak looked dry and old, so I asked for some fresh chicken, I should've also asked for some fresh steak. It was tastefully AWEFULL. No flavor at all.The cashier gave my an attitude when I asked for fresh food for lunch.It my was so bad I couldn't even finish my bowl.I wondered why the food was dry and looked like it had been sitting under a heat lamp all day, the food must have been from the day before and the serving pans were nearly empty.I WILL NEVER PATRONIZE THIS RESTAURANT AGAIN.
I asked the gentleman behind the counter if I could receive my order earlier than the estimated time. While he was talking to me, I noticed two staff members in the prep area chatting. I inquired why it would take so long to prepare two burrito bowls, and he mentioned that they were short-staffed. I found it frustrating to spend $30 on two meals, especially since there was no one else in the restaurant and they were only accepting online orders. I expressed my dissatisfaction and ended up going to Zaxby's next door, where I was able to get a salad and a combo in just four minutes for $22. I don’t think I’ll be returning to your restaurant, and I’m not sure how you’re managing to stay in business.
The food was fresh and nicely packaged. It exceeded my expectations!
This Chipotle is probably the worst I've been to. Order online? Guess what, you have to wait. It's not ready. Order for pickup in the restaurant? Sorry it's in the drive through line where you're placed on the pay no damn mind list by the worst employees ever. You'll get your food and helped when they're ready. Here's a pic of the employees just barehanding the food because apparently cleanliness and cross-contamination is a thing of the past.
