Contribute Feedback What Joseph Griffin doesn't like about Chipotle Mexican Grill:
4th time in a months span I've had a problem with the store .although they had to push my order back and make it later this time . It's usually on time but there is always something wrong or something missing View all feedback.
No one at the store to take my order. Went inside because the drive thru was online pickup only. walked up to place my order and there was a note telling me to order online.ok. so i was placing my order at 8:02 pm. the order pickup time said 8:20 pm. i asked the gentleman behind the counter if the order is downloaded, weould i get it any earlier than 8:20. There were 2 people at the prep are talking and this person talking to me. I questikned why it would take to make 2 burito bowls and he answered he was short staffed. $30 for 2 meals with noone else in the store and he was 1. only taking online orders and 2. he couldnt make 2 meals in 15 minutes.I expressed my disappointment went next door to Zaxby s and had a salad and a combo in 4 minutes for $22.I,m not going to patronize your stores.Not even sure how your staying viable.

GAWD AWEFULL!!!! I have never thought the this restaurant was Mexican food. It is not at all.One day I decided to try it again for lunch. I should have kept original opinion and stayed away.It was about 11:30 am and I went in an ordered my food. All the beans, chicken and steak looked dry and old, so I asked for some fresh chicken, I should've also asked for some fresh steak. It was tastefully AWEFULL. No flavor at all.The cashier gave my an attitude when I asked for fresh food for lunch.It my was so bad I couldn't even finish my bowl.I wondered why the food was dry and looked like it had been sitting under a heat lamp all day, the food must have been from the day before and the serving pans were nearly empty.I WILL NEVER PATRONIZE THIS RESTAURANT AGAIN.
This Chipotle is probably the worst I've been to. Order online? Guess what, you have to wait. It's not ready. Order for pickup in the restaurant? Sorry it's in the drive through line where you're placed on the pay no damn mind list by the worst employees ever. You'll get your food and helped when they're ready. Here's a pic of the employees just barehanding the food because apparently cleanliness and cross-contamination is a thing of the past.
