I've visited this location multiple times, and my King Club has been consistently delicious every time. It's uncommon to find a restaurant that maintains the same taste and quality with each visit, but this place does just that. The environment is clean, and the staff is very friendly. What Frank Grimes doesn't like about Mcalister's Deli:
Upon entering, we found the place almost empty, with only one other customer inside. We ordered lunch: my wife had a salad and a bowl of soup, while I chose a half sandwich and a cup of soup, along with two unsweetened iced teas. To our surprise, the total came to nearly $32.00, which we felt was quite expensive considering what we received. It's no wonder the parking lot was so empty and the restaurant only had one... There is a reason as to why the parking lot is empty. Poor service. Been there about four times, each time ended in poor service and incorrect orders. How is this place still open? Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Parking space: Plenty of parking
Apparently drive thru is only for pick up, which is fine, but there are no signs or any indicators of such, instead you are met by rude employees at the window when you try to place an order.

Food is always good and its a full service establishment so they bring you the food and clean after which is nice, food is high quality. I absolutely love their grilled chicken salads, and the service is always exceptional. Food: 5 stars, Service: 5 stars, Atmosphere: 5 stars.
