Was 立石政和 at Dà Guān a mag?
The tonkotsu ramen and kimchi ramen were both delicious. The champon had a lot of vegetables and a satisfying volume. However, the hayashi rice could use more depth of flavor. It felt more like a pre-made dish rather than homemade, but it was rare to find hayashi rice at a ramen restaurant. I was happy just to have my favorite hayashi rice available. View all feedback.

The landlady may be a bit rude, but she understands us customers like relatives and always praises us. Even though we don't go there regularly, she remembers our family composition well, which is surprising and delightful! The delicious ramen is thanks to the master. Having been going there for over 20 years, it feels like home. However, the landlady seems to be adept at dealing with customers who are in a hurry or who are not comfortable being approached. Amazing! I always admire the fine line she walks in customer service. It's my favorite place that fills both my stomach and heart.

Located along the national highway, this ramen shop caught my attention because there were always customers inside. The customers were diverse, including solo male diners, and there was a steady flow of people coming in and out. The ramen was priced at an affordable 600 yen. The soup was light with no greasiness, and had a mellow taste on the palate. The noodles were straight and accompanied by crunchy bean sprouts and slightly thicker slices of chashu. It was a simple yet satisfying dish. It seemed like many customers were ordering champon. I was surprised to find hayashi rice on the menu. While it was too light for my preference of heavier flavors, I appreciated the owner's energy, the speedy service, and the affordability.
