Th... read more Established in 1969, Iijuin is a long-standing coffee shop in Japan. I had been curious about it for a while and finally visited for the first time recently. The shop has about 5 counter seats and 5 table seats. It is much more spacious than it looks from the outside, with a calm atmosphere. It has a retro feel, having witnessed the transition from the Showa to Heisei eras. I liked it so much that I went back with my friends after our initial visit, and then again with my husband. The food is reasonably priced and the light snacks have a deliciously nostalgic taste.

It's not heavy on the stomach, and the meat is tender. The coffee is also delicious. It is located on the Ijuin Station main street, across from the police station.
