I've experienced Alma Nove several times this time, although the lunch tasted fine I was extremely disappointed when it came to our table I ordered scallops/shrimp over pea/asparagus risotto there were three shrimp and only one scallop although priced at $23 it felt as though there had been an error in the way the luncheon was platted in the kitchen especially based on previously ordered luncheons (such as fish chips... Alma Nove is one of our favorite boating destinations. We boated over from the north shore and had a great lunch. The owner, Paul was helping out the staff and greeted us warmly. Food was super and the wine was perfect. Keep up the great work.

Lunch at Alma Nove on the patio on a nice day in June was outstanding. Our server ce-ce (sp? was wonderful as was the food. She remembered the reservation was for a birthday lunch and brought out a delicious surprise dessert w candle. Much appreciated. Definitely would recommend highly and go back again.
