Showboat - Himrod

Perfect spot tucked away at the SW end of Seneca Lake, this is THE Lake vacation destination u can soak up the beauty that is Seneca Lake (My personal fav of the finger lakes), rent a boat, chill by the pool, make smores by a cmap fire make sure u check out the Windmill Farm Craft Market while ur here! Nearby activities: -Rent a boat -Windmill Farm Craft Market Food drinks: Showboat restaurant Bar on site can cater to all these needs or u can take advantage of the grills cook!

Overall good. Pros: location, on the lake, renovated room, a restaurant and bar on site, boat rental possible, w pool. Cons: still under renovation (some cheap jobs in a room), very strange burning odor in the next morning (thought a fire), originally website stated breakfast included but no breakfast offered, very noisy Lake front area at night, pool was very dirty. Also no food available after 7:00 on Sunday evening. No chair nor desk/table in a room, no suitcase rack (needed to lay it on a floor) I hope this place will continue to improve and we will return.

Rooms: Nice clean rooms Food drinks: We ate at the bar on Fri and they only had one waitress so all the food was cold by the time we received it. Probably would've been good if it was hot. ‍ Rooms: 5 Service: 3 Location: 4 Hotel highlights: Great view, Quiet
