the phenomenal service, the food and wine list was very unique and exciting. the atmosphere was one to die. they get the sense for a warm Homie feeling while enjoying a nice culinary experience. the personal was friendly and very professional. What Chris doesn't like about Sapalta:
It was a nice dinner, but definitely over priced. I had the chicken breast with gravey and potatoes. My wife had the beef tenderloin. Her brussel sprouts came out cold, but that was quickly remedied. We had a window table which made it more enjoyable. It was too cold to eat out side. The dinning room as a whole is average. Like I said dinner was nice, but not worth the high sticker price. While staying at Plumpointe Lodge we dined at Sapalta twice. Both dining experiences were just outstanding the staff especially Sara were so helpful and friendly. The food was as good as any we have experienced in several years and we travel and dine out a lot. hats off to the chef and each dish seemed to beat expectations. We will definitely be back on our future trips to FLX! Keep up the good work! Salud!
Waitress was wonderful. Disappointed that they ran out of chicken and it was the only thing my wife could eat. So she had a bowl of soup.
Pretentious, self-consciously hip and overpriced for the quality. Makes sense that it's part of a marketing concept that includes glamping.
Maddie is the best server! We have been here the last two years in a row for our anniversary and both times Maddie was our server and she is always so enthusiastic about the food and super kind and attentive. The food is always amazing and I can't wait to go back again.
Food and service was excellent! Overall environment was relaxed and conversational.
