House-made baguettes cradle perfectly seasoned lemongrass pork, chicken and tofu banh mi, with cha gio and local spritzers completing the menu. Friendly, efficient service and quick on-site prep make it ideal for grab-and-go lunches; a few shaded outdoor tables, easy parking and sweeping bay and mountain views add to the charm. Even though their hours are limited, this restaurant is truly AMAZING! The Vietnamese food is fantastic and authentic, and the prices are reasonable. The service is excellent, and the parking is convenient and easy. It’s located in a great spot, right next to a park with beautiful views of the bay, and on certain days, you can see both Mauna Loa and Mauna Kea. Make sure to visit before they close! We had a great lunch at Le Yellow Sub in Hilo, the service was fast and friendly. The Banh Mi was amazing, if you are in the area check it out, you won’t be disappointed

Best little sandwich shop! I had the lemongrass chicken banh-mi, the baguette bread it's served on is divine. The flavor is excellent, I had medium spicy and it was perfect. If you are in Keaukaha, check this place out!Vegetarian options: Ran into a vegetarian friend, and she eats there once a week. While I am not, she confirmed vegetarian options!Kid-friendliness: The seating is outside, it's also next to a park, so there's plenty of choices that are child friendly.Parking: This is a food truck so there is just a dirt lot.
