The service was excellent and the food and drinks were served promptly. The atmosphere was cozy and very family-friendly. Overall, a great experience.

Upon arriving at our designated time, we ordered drinks and were info... read more We made a reservation for dinner for both adults and children after attending a pantomime. Upon arriving at our designated time, we ordered drinks and were informed that there would be a short wait for our food. Despite the fact that the restaurant was empty, we were later told that there would now be an hour-long wait. We asked if the children's meals could be expedited as they had not eaten since lunch, but were denied because walk-in guests were ahead of us. When we questioned why we had made a reservation in the first place if this was not possible, the staff became evasive. We requested to speak to the manager, who refused to leave the kitchen and instructed a supervisor to handle the situation. Unfortunately, the supervisor seemed disinterested and claimed to be too busy to address our concerns. We ultimately decided to leave and will not be returning. The staff and manager displayed a shocking level of disrespect and indifference towards us.

Got a warm welcome on arrival The place itself is well furnished and tables all spaced out Lots of choices for drinks and very friendly bar staff! it was very quiet when we arrived at on a Sunday which should...of been a bit of a sign! Unfortunately though we arrived hungry and went home hungry as the food was mediocre at best Had to send one dinner back dinner back as was luke warm when arrived attempt at it was not much better Got a refund in the end for that roast dinner The kids pizza was also solid and very hard to cut! The Beef had alot of fat on it and was quiet chewy so I couldn’t give it to toddler daughter My teenage daughter enjoyed her Mac and cheese and her brownie for dessert which was demolished in minutes The ladies toilets weren’t great which I also reported to the staff (which she blamed on having a lot of kids in) one door didn’t lock, the other had no loo roll But all had really dirty loo brushes in them just yuk There is a very mini play centre there which my month old daughter enjoyed but there was some bigger kids in there but staff were very attentive and checked on the play centre a lot Remember socks if you plan to visit! Staff i would give stars! Nice variety on the menu but the food itself needs some major improvements and to be served hot! We won’t be visiting again as I came home and had to make myself a snack
