What Raz Midd doesn't like about The White Bear:
Fish and chips was good, as a group of six the other portion sizes was disappointing for £20- £30 for mains. E.g. the steak and ale pie is only a dinky one, served with a small quail of mashed potato, which is finished in two mouth fulls. Overpriced and under served establishment, lots of room for improvement. The locals who rate 5 out 5 stars are clearly easily pleased as they don’t get out of Ruislip much. View all feedback.

Amazing lunch yesterday for nine. from the moment we went, the staff were friendly, attentive, just perfect. eating was incredibly clean teller of all nine of us over three courses. we're coming back. soon! if you ask yourself if you want to book here, stop asking and do it!
The best Sunday roast I've eaten! this is the third time that I have eaten in white bear, eating is absolutely fantastic. the personal is amazing and so friendly. 10/10 100% recommended. keep the good ones up. very happy customer herr gary
Simply delicious! from start to dessert! kudos to the chef the staff is very nice to go and fun the service was perfect! I and my family really enjoyed lunch and the time spent them! the place is very welcoming, tastefully decorated and with a very useful parking! is really a great place for partying with friends or family or just for a relaxed and tasty meal with their important others! definitely recommend!
This is my favourite pub of all times! So dog friendly, with a lovely ambience. Rory, is one of the sweetest and most helpful managers ever! We pitched up yesterday with 3 dogs and made the wrong kind of table booking, but they accommodated us nonetheless. The food is great, local, organic, tastes amazing. My only suggestion is possibly that they could have more vegan options (for my friend, not me, I am hardcore carnivore! . The cocktails are also lovely. The food is very reasonably priced for the quality and I don’t give food praise lightly. Overall an amazing pub and can’t wait to visit again!
