Description

Nestled near the runway touchdown area, this restaurant/cafe primarily caters to the World Business Centre but welcomes the public. Diners rave about affordable options like generous full English breakfasts and delicious egg baps. While the vibrant atmosphere and quick service impress, concerns arise over food handling practices and inconsistent meal quality. Reviews suggest that some dishes, particularly breakfast items, lack freshness. Despite minor drawbacks, the venue's cleanliness and reasonable prices make it a worthy stop for nearby workers. Those seeking a satisfying meal without the corporate chain experience may find this cafe an appealing option.

Cafe Chi is a hidden gem! The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, the staff are extremely friendly, and the breakfast is hands down the best we've ever had, and a great deal for the price.

The restaurant manager had assured me on my first visit that the food was Halal. I decided to return the next day because I really enjoyed their salad. However, I was disappointed to see that the person serving me used the same gloves to handle my wrap and another customer's bacon sandwich, despite using separate knives and cutting boards. This raised concerns for me as separate utensils are not enough to maintain Halal standards if the same gloves are used for both Halal and non-Halal items. Even though I work nearby, I had to discard my wrap to avoid any issues. Unfortunately, that experience led me to not return to the restaurant again.

I liked it. I mean I was in the area for an interview and the other choices were big chains like costa Starbucks dominos etc so I picked the place from Google maps. It was very busy at noon and as most patrons seemed to be workers in the area I felt there was an expectation that I knew the menu and the routine. I did not, and felt under pressure so I just ordered a cheese toastie, coffee and a banana. It’s a fast paced place with a lot of choice. The coffee was terrible but I still drank it. The toastie was quick and nice enough and the price was fair just over £6 for the 3 piece order. I’m glad it’s here. If I get the job I’ll visit again. Re the parking, there is barrier car park but exclusive and not for general public but actually you can park on the road outside.

This is a fantastic choice for those near Heathrow airport. It's a step above your typical fast food options, with reasonable prices and excellent cappuccinos.

Pleasantly Surprised. Did not see any mention of a breakfast menu online but took the chance to stop in and was happy that I did. Its a nicely appointed cafe next to the runway touchdown area. It wasn't busy when I arrived at 9am but by 945 there was a constant stream of people arriving, picking up mostly to go orders. They seemed to be working in the area. I opted for the full English breakfast with toast. Two each of eggs, sausage, ham along with mushrooms, tomato and whole wheat toast. Quite a good serving which I couldn't complete. Price was really good at £6.99 including coffee. I will definitely be recommending the place and hopefully be returning.
