Unfortunately, they... read more My wife and I went through the drive-thru to grab some lunch. We ordered junior bacon cheeseburgers without bacon because my wife is Muslim. Unfortunately, they got our order wrong the first time, so I went back inside to have it fixed. When we received the replacements, it seemed like all they did was remove the bacon; there were still remnants of it on the burgers. This restaurant should really make an effort to ensure that ingredients are completely omitted when requested.

I ordered two meals. the first window in the register was great. the next window had a young gentleman who was also super nice. but I was given 1 real drink and the other drink was wrong. I asked him what that was to drink and he said I'm sorry and then got the drink from me closed the window. I waved him down and said I didn't get my second drink yet. he corrected this and was very pleasant about it. But I originally asked for extra dipping sauce during ordering. When I asked for it before I left, the manager, judy, was very, very rude. because of her, I go down to the wendy’s road and never put it again. great staff, but terrible management.
