My wife and I went through the drive-thru to grab some lunch. We ordered junior bacon cheeseburgers without bacon because my wife is Muslim. Unfortunately, they got our order wrong the first time, so I went back inside to have it fixed. When we received the replacements, it seemed like all they did was remove the bacon; there were still remnants of it on the burgers. This restaurant should really make an effort to ensure that ingredients are completely omitted when requested.
I visited the restaurant for their famous potato dish.
Fantastic location! The staff is always friendly, and the food is incredibly fresh. This is one of the best Wendy’s I’ve been to, far surpassing most restaurants on Hilliard-Rome Street. Keep up the great work!
The service was great! The men's toilet is broken, but is cleaned properly during this hour. The service was excellent and the staff are very helpful. The food is served hot and ready as I like it.
This restaurant is consistently unreliable. I just ordered a triple through the drive-thru, but when I checked my order, it was wrong! The employee at the window gave me attitude, even though he was the one who handed me someone else's sandwich. To top it off, my sandwich bun was soggy. Why do I feel like I'm bothering the staff when I'm just trying to get the correct service and meal?
