What Rebecca Hayes dislikes about Kfc:
I tried to eat at this restaurant and pulled into the drive-thru, noticing I was the only car there, although three others were parked. A staff member came on the intercom and told me it would take some time to take my order. When I asked how long "some time" would be, they said it would be at least 10 minutes. This was during lunchtime! What on earth?! View all feedback.

I would recommend avoiding this KFC location. The food was terrible and the staff were rude. It’s clear they’re not interested in serving customers properly. Just across the street, Burgerim offers excellent chicken!

I placed a delivery order 30 minutes before closing, and they spent the whole time preparing it only to cancel it at the very last moment.

A few years ago, KFC was managed really well. On several occasions, they even threw in extra food if the wait was longer than expected. I appreciated those gestures and remained a loyal customer because of them. Unfortunately, things have declined. About a year ago, I came in with a coupon for a meal, but instead of letting me choose my side, they rudely insisted it had to be cole slaw. I don’t mind cole slaw, but it’s not my favorite, and it feels restrictive to force a polarizing side instead of options like potato wedges or mac and cheese. After a few more times of receiving the wrong side or sauce, I stopped going altogether.

The restroom was unpleasantly dirty, and I noticed several customers leaving because the cashier was too busy chatting in the back to take any orders. Our order was incomplete, and when we asked for honey, it appeared to be a hassle for him; he just threw it over the counter instead of passing it to us politely. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience, and I don’t plan to come back.

One unfortunate individual was managing the entire restaurant on a Saturday night. The food wasn’t fresh, and I ended up having to throw away the chicken. They locked the dining room doors at 4:30 PM and turned away anyone who tried to come in through the side door, claiming they couldn’t dine in. This place really needs some assistance because it has seriously declined.
