The staff frequently went above and beyond, even offering extra food if a meal took too long to arrive. I really appreciated that level of service and became a loyal patron. Unfortunately, my experience has since deteriorated. About a year ago, I visited with a meal voucher, and when I tried to select a side dish, the staff rudely insisted that I had to have coleslaw. While I don't have anything against coleslaw, I’m not particularly fond of it, and it seems strange to mandate that over options like potato wedges or mac and cheese. After a few more incidents where I received the wrong side dish or sauce, I ultimately decided to stop going altogether.

Bad decesion.I ordered the 8 piece dark meat and out of the 8 pieces they gave me 2 were chicken breasts and 2 were wings which are white meat and no drumsticks. Drumsticks are my favorite, and is the main reason I get the 8 piece dark meat. How did they mess that order up? They work at KFC you would figure they know Chicken breast and wings are white meat. Is there any training going on at all? I won't be giving this place a 3rd try.

I appreciated those gest... read more A few years ago, KFC was managed really well. On several occasions, they even threw in extra food if the wait was longer than expected. I appreciated those gestures and remained a loyal customer because of them. Unfortunately, things have declined. About a year ago, I came in with a coupon for a meal, but instead of letting me choose my side, they rudely insisted it had to be cole slaw. I don’t mind cole slaw, but it’s not my favorite, and it feels restrictive to force a polarizing side instead of options like potato wedges or mac and cheese. After a few more times of receiving the wrong side or sauce, I stopped going altogether.
