As a business owner, I understand the importance of apologizing and seeking ways to improve when a customer is unhappy. The server’s comment felt like she was placing the blame on us. When I expressed our dissatisfaction, she continued to show no empathy and simply stated that food prices are high, so customers should double-check before ordering. While I acknowledge the need for careful ordering, if the food falls short of expectations, the restaurant should take steps to address it. This was my first and last visit to this restaurant. They lost a potential loyal customer due to their inadequate customer service. I recommend being cautious when ordering, as they do not offer refunds or any resolution for unsatisfactory meals, and you'll likely feel as if it’s your fault if you’re unhappy.

The food was not prepared correctly, and when I brought it to the staff's attention, they hurriedly tried to fix it, but the resolution was poorly executed. When I requested a refund, the manager was rude and spoke to me in a raised voice. I will not be coming back to this restaurant. The staff's attitude and behavior were unacceptable. I suggest looking for a better dining option elsewhere, as this place is not worth your time.
