Pretty much the worst nandos experience ive ever had. I ordered a veggie wrap today and took one bite into my veggie pattie only to find it was frozen solid and freezing cold in my wrap!! I very very politely informed the young boy running around who told me it would take minutes to make another wrap. minutes later when my new wrap finally arrived and half way through eating it I discovered the chef wasn't too happy with me sending my wrap back as they had mixed my veggie pattie in with small bits of chicken. As a clear vegetarian I was extremely displeased with this, as was my dining partner who was to scared to eat her veggie wrap as she was allergic to chicken. Thanks a lot nandos hillaries I will be sure to never dine with you again.

The chicken was way overcooked and poor quality. Same with the chips, which were dry and smothered in about half a box of salt. Gross! And totally unnecessary. The table was very sticky and didn't look (or feel) like it had been cleaned properly in a very long time very unhygienic. And the music is awful. We both came away feeling very dissatisfied. Whitford City really needs a couple of decent eating places. There aren't any at the moment.

I ordered a veggie wrap today and took a bite into my veggie pattie only to find it was frozen solid and ice cold in my packaging! I have very politely informed the young who told me that it would take 2 minutes to make another package. 10 minutes later, when my new package finally arrived and halfway through eating I discovered that the cook was not too happy that I returned my packaging as they had mixed my veggie pattie with small chickens. as a clear vegetarian, I was extremely unpleasant with how my dining room partner who had feared to eat her veggie wrap when she allergic to...read more

Don't listen to the customer. today at 1:30 o'clock (29/11/14) ordered my man (nandos fanatic) half a hen extra hot with Peri chip dip. it came and had no peri dimmer. we asked for the Peri-Dip she took the plate and bought it back with peri salt over the chips. we then said we don't want the bathroom. she took the plate back, and we didn't cried back the plate and brought the bath. my man went to complain and finally got what he ordered. no excuse.
