Both were lacking topping and the Capricciosa had hard boiled egg, **** all anchovies and the prosciutto was layered across the pizza after being removed from the oven. When we then added cheese and reheated the entire package all became edible but I will never go back. Price was very expensive also.

It is the opposite of mass produced hybrid italian food, e.g. the Pizza Ecolo or the Lamb might be simple examples but they let you enjoy distinguish taste sensations. It just tastes like real food not just some reheated Microwave dishes or some fancy but unidentifiable  mishmash.
