Orders • Day 1: Mixed grill, veal soup, baguette, burger • Day 2: Bean soup (2× , baguette, burger Impression Quality • Taste: Consistently very, very delicious. The bean soup was aromatic and well-rounded, the veal soup rich and perfectly seasoned. • Baguette: Remarkably fresh – crispy on the outside, soft on the inside. • Burger: Exactly what a good burger should be: well-seasoned, filling, and delicious. • Temperature Delivery: Fast delivery, food arrived hot. • Service: Friendly, courteous delivery driver who also accommodated special requests. Packaging: As is typical with delivery food, the packaging affected the appearance somewhat, but the taste was in no way compromised. Conclusion Very good, honest food with reliable delivery service. If I were in the area more often, I would definitely order from here regularly. Great work, keep it up!

After waiting for over an hour, the food finally arrived – and there was a long hair in one of the dishes. This completely ruined our appetites, and we had to throw away the entire meal that evening. We immediately tried to contact the restaurant by phone, but no one answered. A few days later, I went there in person to calmly explain the situation. Unfortunately, I was treated very rudely. I was even accused of making the whole thing up. Instead of showing understanding or offering a solution, everything was immediately denied and not taken seriously at all. I very rarely write reviews, but with this kind of treatment of customers and such a lack of willingness to take responsibility, I cannot let this experience go unmentioned.
