We received duck instead of chicken. And our child received fried noodles with chicken. We called and explained that we had received something we hadn 't ordered. The woman on the phone didn 't understand the language and couldn 't answer properly. She mumbled something without even letting us finish and simply hung up. She was incredibly unfriendly and not even accommodating in acknowledging her own mistake with the entire order. It 's possible the cook used duck while preparing the dish; anything is possible. But you can 't tell a customer, That 's chicken, duck is more expensive, or You 're saying... Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this restaurant. Customers should receive what they ordered. And you shouldn 't just hang up because you don 't understand the language. That 's not customer-friendly.
