The restaurant is exceptionally clean, and the service is quick with an extremely friendly staff. The fries were freshly cooked, which is a key factor for me. For my visit, I dined in for lunch, and the price per person was between $10 and $20. I would rate the food a 5 out of 5, the service a 5, and the atmosphere a perfect 5 as well. What daily biz doesn't like about Hardee’s:

So I am a reg customer. The past 3 to 4 weeks the service has been hit or miss. 1st let me say the lady who works the front (older black lady, she talks about her grands, its not the shift manager, although she is nice) she is AMAZING. so 3 weeks ago I went through the line. The younger lady taking the orders and packing was extremely rude. Then when I get to the window and there is a teen sucking her thumb taking money and packing orders. I went yesterday I said hey I would like to order a egg platter I paused then I said I have a coupon. She cut me off and said what else I said I was giving u coupon code she cuts me off AGAIN and yells I got it already what else. I asked her are you alright today? Then she tried to switch her tone. I said I cannot eat here today and I left. As an experience restaraunt manager My suggestion would be that you have the proper training on costumer service and communication. If you see that someone does not have the best costumer service skill they need to be cross trained to support back of the house or they need to be working from home with another company. I noticed a lot of tension among the staff; one of the biscuit makers was visibly upset, gesturing rudely to a coworker about being off the next day. Another employee was loudly complaining about working 78 hours for only $800. After a lengthy wait, she finally took our order but then gave us cups filled with ice—one of which had something unpleasant in it. When I requested a replacement, she simply threw it away with a dismissive attitude. While we were still waiting for our food, I heard her make several comments to her coworkers about needing more coffee to deal with her irritation. When another customer came in looking for coffee, she told him she didn’t have time to ring him up and just handed him a cup because she could get hers for free all day. Overall, the staff's behavior was unprofessional, and I can't help but wonder where the manager was during all of this. I hope none of the four employees I saw were in a managerial role.
