My family ate lunch here on a Sunday afternoon. We were seated immediately which is unheard of on a Sunday. The service was great. Our waitress was very attentive. The food did not take to long to come out and the taste was decent. A place to stop if you are just looking for a bite to eat. View all feedback.

Not my first time here..but the quality of food seems to be declining. Canned green beans, borderline burnt sweet potato fries, dry, overcooked and greasy burgers. I realize restaurants are short-staffed, however, for the prices here, you would expect decent quality food. The atmosphere is pleasant, but the food didn't impress me much. On the other hand, the service was excellent.
This is my favorite restaurant. I've been dining here since they first opened at their original location. I absolutely love it!
I absolutely love the Sunday Night Prime Rib Special! The bartenders here mix the best Cosmopolitan in Hickory.
Ordered a takeout of pizza and wings. Pizza was over baked with toppings just slopped on it; Tasted like pita chips and cheese put together. Wings were overly seasoned for lemon pepper flavor. Overall not the restaurant I would order again from when I’m in hickory.
My wife and I was visiting our 101 year old friend here in town. We were getting hungry and Mary told us about Backstreet. WOW! Very good
