The Tokyo tonkotsu is incredible, with just the right amount of spice, and the pork is incredibly tender and flavorful. I've tried ramen in Orange County that costs twice as much but doesn't taste nearly as good. I always recommend this place to my family and friends. Highly recommend!

The service was great and the staff was super attentive. The overall vibe of the restaurant was really inviting and warm . Would definitely recommend to anyone who’s looking for good ramen in the IE which can be kind of hard to come by out here .

Found while i was in redlands ca for the day and decided to order for takeout. The spicy tonkotsu ramen was delicious. The broth was spicy but not on the mouth. I really felt the spice in my throat more than anything. Im not a fan of seaweed but it blended very nicely with the broth. The pork was tender and the egg gave it a nice flavor as well as the sprouts. Will come back again
