Our waiter was wo... read more This was my first time at this location. I took my whole family here for dinner and we all have our favorites. So the service was exceptional. Our waiter was wonderful and unfortunately the chef messed up quite a few of our orders by not reading theticket correctly but our server did everything and his power to fix everything and was running faster than the speed of light toget things back and forth quickly. Everybody's food was good except mine. I ordered the prime rib sandwich and upgraded the sidedish to the four cheese macaroni and cheese. Unfortunately both items were microwaved so the meat was rubbery and dehydratedfrom the microwave and the cheese was also hard from the microwave. The edges of the macaroni and cheese or rubberized as wellfrom the microwave so I picked at it and ate out the parts that were still soft. The portion of macaroni and cheese was verysmall at this location. Everybody else ordered ribs and the ribs were very good. I gave the four because most of the groupenjoyed their meal and our server was exceptionally good. I would have been rating it just on my meal I would have given it aone.

We decided to get the riblet plate off the 2 for $25 menu, what a mistake, it looked nothing like the picture on the menu, tastedhorrible, looked horrible,it looked like mystery meat. I kindly told the waitress ,I would not eat it. They later brought usburgers that were okay. But my biggest complaint is that the cooks had the audacity to send me food like that.Will not go back!!!
