One of the best for breakfast, lunch and dinner and your hotel stay. The restaurant staff are amazing and welcoming with good food suggestions.
Been here couple of times as I live locally. Food has always been really good.Never let’s you down. Reasonably priced as well. This time I had cold smoked salmon on top of toasted bread and cream cheese, such a tasty starter.Pork chop for main course which was so good. Good cocktails as well and friendly service. Will be back!
The food was good and arrived promptly, but as usual the service lets this place down. The staff member brought the drinks to the table but just put them down and walked away without a word. We watched a customer approach a member of staff to ask if they could order, as they had been waiting some time. The member of staff said that someone would come and get the order soon but that they were-short staffed. No apology. However, we'd all been sitting listening to three members of staff chatting at the counter for at least ten minutes prior to this.
Great older hotel with all the necessities.
The hotel is stunning and atmosphere wonderful! We were served by Rachel who was incredible and couldn't have done enough for us! The only let down was the food. Thanks Rachel!
