Issues with order accuracy, such as missing ingredients, and unfriendly staff interactions have also been noted. While some return for their favorites, the inconsistencies suggest a need for improvement in both food preparation and customer service to meet the expectations of all clientele.
The staff at this restaurant was very rude, the food was overpriced and of poor quality. I ordered three kids meals, a kebab, and a cheeseburger and when I left, they tied the carrier bags so I didn't think to check the food. When I got back to my caravan with my three children, one of whom has autism, I was shocked to find that the kids sausage meal for my autistic son looked like cheap, skinless sausages that had been fried with some chips. I was even more shocked that they charged me five pounds for such poor quality. I had expected a battered sausage and my disabled son was very upset that he didn't get a proper meal as he refused to eat it. The food also smelled bad. I called Lorenzos to complain and spoke with a very rude woman on the phone who said they hadn't received any complaints before and that's how they cook their sausages. When I asked to speak to a manager, I was informed that there was no manager on duty that night. The customer service was appalling and I will never buy from here again. Their kebabs are also poorly cooked and you have to assemble them yourself.
So basically i had ordered from here, the next thing i do is call them back asking what are they doing with my order she never even asked for my address anyway that was before i ordered i had called them back asking where is my delivery and she said it 's ready for collectiong, i know deep down i said i Delivery
I ordered a vegetarian dish, but they got my order wrong and refused to take any responsibility. The customer service was incredibly rude and unhelpful, even though we were polite and would have been willing to accept a replacement. They denied my request for a refund or a store voucher. It was a pricey order, but it would have cost them very little to make it right. As a result, they have lost a loyal customer. I recommend adopting a more empathetic approach to handling customer concerns.
I visited the restaurant this evening and found three staff members who appeared unmotivated and uninterested in their work. When I arrived, two team members seemed unsure about who would assist me. After placing my order, I inquired about the wait time and was told it would only be 2 minutes, which made me wonder about the speed of their food preparation. As my meal was being cooked, I waited outside to allow other customers to enter. When my food was ready, I was summoned in by a whistle and the staff pointed to my order on the counter. I would like to mention that I prefer not to be signaled like a dog and would have appreciated a simple "excuse me" instead. If the customer service does not improve, I will not be returning to this restaurant.
The pizza we got was so good, or the Margarita at the least, would definitely go again to that place!
