The coffee shop in the visitor center at Eilean Donan Castle is a good place for a lunch or tea and afternoon snack. The place is crowded and the line to get food is long, but the quality is good. Food is served cafeteria-style. You get your tray and stand in line, choose your food, and pay at the end. There are soups, sandwiches, sweets, and hot entrees. Lots to choose from. Beautiful spot to stop and enjoy the scenery and obviously the castle…I’d driven for hours as a solo traveller with my little dog….couldn’t enjoy the food or drink as not dog friendly. Take away was available upstairs through the restaurant where we were not welcome. Disappointing View all feedback.
